Please note that we do not offer trial fittings as part of our service. During each appointment, we dive straight into the alteration process to ensure your garment is tailored to perfection. To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request that your wedding dress first fitting be scheduled at least 6 weeks in advance. This allows us ample time to carefully prepare and ensure that your dress fits perfectly.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, unfortunately, we will need to cancel the appointment and request that you reschedule at your earliest convenience. We want to ensure that each client receives the full attention they deserve, and timely arrivals help us maintain the quality of service for everyone.
We kindly ask that all clothing be collected within 30 days of your appointment or completion of alterations. After this time, any items left uncollected will be donated to charity.
